Temporary Work Visas
This type of visa is available to Canadian and Mexican Citizens only through the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). The "TN" stands for "Treaty Nationals."
Prerequisite:
You must generally have a US employer who is offering you a position which customarily requires at least a college degree in the related field of employment. You may also qualify for this Visa even if you do not have a Bachelor's Degree, but do have five years experience in the same type of work you are seeking.
Processing Time:
21 to 40 days for us to obtain such a visa for you.
