DV-2001

NOW ACCEPTING YOUR APPLICATION!

The next visa lottery for DV-2001 will begin at  noon on October 4, 1999, and will end at noon on November 3, 1999.  We accept applications all year round and can accept your application now and have it prepared for timely submission.. According to the US Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs, out of the 8 million applications submitted in DV-2000, 2.5 million "were disqualified for failing to properly follow directions."

No lottery application submission service can legally or truthfully guarantee that your application will be chosen or even boast of a "success rate." They can only promise to submit your application in a timely manner and in proper form. The properly submitted applications are then chosen as a result of a completely random process. You cannot have any chance to win if your application is not submitted correctly. Our staff of experienced Immigration Attorneys will ensure that your application is in proper form and submitted on time. This gives you a real opportunity to win.

Our fees for lottery applications are $50.00 for a single and $75.00 for husband and wife applications. We accept all major credit cards.

Cut-off Time: All applications received after October 28th, 1999, will be held for visa lottery processing of DV-2002.

DO YOU QUALIFY?

If you have the equivalent of a U.S. High School Diploma or you have two years work experience in the last five years, AND you were NOT born in one of the following countries, you are eligible to enter the lottery: Canada, China, Colombia, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Haiti, India, Jamaica, Mexico, Philippines, Poland, South Korea, United Kingdom (except Ireland) and Vietnam.

PLEASE NOTE -- Even if you were born in one of the countries listed above, you can still qualify under one of the following two exceptions:

    1. You may claim your spouse’s country of birth if he/she was born in an eligible country, or;
    2. If you were born in a country of which neither parent was a native, you may claim the country of birth of either parent. A short statement explaining how you meet this exception must be included on the application. See SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES section on the on-line form.
Example 1 Example 2
If you were born in Canada, an ineligible country, and your mother was born in India, also an ineligible country, but your father was born in Pakistan, an eligible country, you may claim Pakistan as your native country, with an explanation, for the purposes of entering DV-2000. If you were born in India and your mother was also born in India, but your father was born in Pakistan, you could not claim Pakistan, because one of your parents is a native of the same country as you are.
